Our Foundation package is delivered in 1–2 weeks and Professional in 2–3 weeks. In some cases key functionality can be live in as little as one week. Timelines are confirmed at the start so you know exactly when you'll be up and running.

Yes. Data import and migration is included in both packages. We'll agree the scope of what's being migrated during the Discovery Phase.

Hypercare support is included immediately after launch (one day with Foundation, three days with Professional). Beyond that, ongoing changes can be handled through a Systep Managed Services package.
