Salesforce Junior Administrator
Role Description
An exciting opportunity for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to work with a large multi-national client of ours to support end users.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as 1st & 2nd line support for support cases relating to Salesforce use 
- Support day-to-day platform administration tasks 
- Respond to new and existing Salesforce support case correspondence in a professional and timely manner 
- Solve client support requests and perform periodic project work 
- Continue to develop your Salesforce certifications and maintain existing ones 
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features and best practices 
Skills & Qualifications
- Salesforce administrator certification 
- Additional certifications beneficial 
- Experience in supporting end users 
- Some experience with design, development and maintenance of Flows 
- Excellent communication skills 
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills

- Duration: Initial 6 months (outside IR35) 
- Rate: Commensurate with experience
