Salesforce Junior Administrator

Role Description

An exciting opportunity for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to work with a large multi-national client of ours to support end users.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as 1st & 2nd line support for support cases relating to Salesforce use

  • Support day-to-day platform administration tasks 

  • Respond to new and existing Salesforce support case correspondence in a professional and timely manner

  • Solve client support requests and perform periodic project work

  • Continue to develop your Salesforce certifications and maintain existing ones

  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features and best practices

Skills & Qualifications

  • Salesforce administrator certification

  • Additional certifications beneficial

  • Experience in supporting end users

  • Some experience with design, development and maintenance of Flows

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills

  • Type: Contract

  • Duration: Initial 6 months (outside IR35)

  • Rate: Commensurate with experience

  • Location: Remote
