Role Description
An exciting opportunity for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to work with a large multi-national client of ours to support end users.
Role & Responsibilities
Serve as 1st & 2nd line support for support cases relating to Salesforce use
Support day-to-day platform administration tasks
Respond to new and existing Salesforce support case correspondence in a professional and timely manner
Solve client support requests and perform periodic project work
Continue to develop your Salesforce certifications and maintain existing ones
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features and best practices
Skills & Qualifications
Salesforce administrator certification
Additional certifications beneficial
Experience in supporting end users
Some experience with design, development and maintenance of Flows
Excellent communication skills
Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills

Duration: Initial 6 months (outside IR35)
Rate: Commensurate with experience
Location: Remote
